Ingredients for chatpat chana

  1. Brown chana  Р one cup (soaked for eight hours and boiled with salt)
  2. Chat masala  Р half tsp
  3. Amchur powder  Р half tsp
  4. Red chilli powder  Р less than half tsp
  5. Coriander powder  Р one-fourth tsp
  6. Cumin powder  Р one-fourth tsp
  7. Oil  Р one tsp

Procedure

In a hot pan add oil, chat masala, amchur powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and mix well. Now add boiled brown channa and stir it with little water. Cook for five mins or until water is absorbed. Ready to serve with tea….

  1. Milk  Р half cup
  2. Water  Р half cup
  3. Tea powder  Р one tsp
  4. Sugar  Р two tsp
  5. Grated ginger  Р one tsp
  6. Cardamom  Р two
  7. Tulsi leaves ¬†– ¬†two (if you don’t have tulsi, add small basil leaf)

Procedure

In a sauce pan, add water, sugar, tea powder, ginger, cardamom and Tulsi. Boil it. Then add milk and stir. Boil and ready to serve …..
