Enjoy the new year with this instant chocolate cake. It can satisfy your chocolate craving in seconds. When I tried it for first time I felt like magic. It was done in 40 secs and I was amazed how good it was … wow wow wow !

This recipe is best for parties and best suited for winters. Its so simple that even younger kids can make this. Less work more taste. Whenever theres wish to have chocolate cake, this recipe is your friend. Theres no need to go to a bakery. We can easily prepare at home in a few minutes. If you want you can use butter, I used vegetable oil.

Instant eggless microwave chocolate cake

Ingredients

  1. All purpose flour  –  three tblsp
  2. Brown sugar  –  one and half tblsp
  3. Coco powder  –  one tsp
  4. Chopped semi sweet chocolate  –  two tblsp
  5. Vegetable oil  –  two tsp
  6. Milk  –  three to four tsp
  7. Baking soda  – pinch
  8. Baking powder  – pinch
  9. Vanilla essence  –  a drop
  10. Whipping cream
  11. Raspberry

Procedure

In a bowl, mix all-purpose flour, sugar, coco powder, baking powder, baking soda. Mix well. Now add oil and milk. Stir it. Grease the small microwave mug or bowl. Add half portion of cake mix, then add chopped chocolate and then add rest of the cake mix.

Microwave for 40 sec(timing may be different in different microwave). Cake is ready.

Cool it and transfer to plate. Decorate with whipping cream, raspberry and sugar pearls.
