- Corn kernels – one-fourth cup
- Organic sugar – 6 tblsp
- Salt – one-fourth tsp
- Olive oil – 6 tblsp
In a pot add oil, sugar, salt and corn kernels. Use medium flame / heat. Stir it. Cover and shake the pot constantly (to avoid burning the sugar). Once the popping has slowed down, turn off the heat. Remove the pot from heat and shake once again.
Pour in to a large bowl. Wait until it has cooled down, enjoy.
