Tomatillo and mint chutney

Ingredients

  1. Chopped tomatillo  –  three
  2. Mint leaves  –  one and half cup
  3. Green chilli  –  three to four
  4. Jeera seeds – one tsp
  5. Salt  –  to taste
  6. Oil  –  one tblsp
  7. Ground nuts  –  one tblsp

Procedure

In a pan, add one tblsp oil, jeera seeds , ground nuts, green chil. Fry them. Then add chopped tomatillo and mint leaves. Cover it and cook until tomato’s are soft (10 to 15 mins on medium flame). Turn off heat. Add salt. Cool it. Grind them with very less water. Transfer to a bowl. Mix well.Serve with hot rice, dosa, chapathi, idly, chips.
