Green soya bean Pattie

Ingredients

  1. Fresh green soya bean  –  two cups
  2. Grated paneer  –  one cup
  3. Oil  –  five tblsp
  4. Chopped onions  –  one-fourth cup
  5. Red chilli powder  –  one tsp
  6. Jeera powder  –  half tsp
  7. Coriander leaves  –  one-fourth cup
  8. Salt  –  to taste
  9. Oats  –  half cup

Procedure

In a food processor add green soya bean and make a coarse mixture. In a pan add one tblsp oil, chopped onions, soya bean mixture and oats. Fry for two minutes. Turn off heat and transfer into a bowl. To this add grated paneer, red chilli powder, jeera powder, coriander leaves and salt. Mix well.

Make a pattie with small amount of mixture. Heat four tblsp of oil in a skillet/frying pan and place patties in the pan. Fry them until patties are golden brown.Fry them on a medium flame. Serve hot with chutney or ketchup
