Dosakaya perugu pachidi


  1. Chopped zucchini  –  ona and half cup
  2. Curd  –  two cups
  3. Dhaliya powder  –  one tblsp
  4. Green chilli paste  –  half tsp
  5. Salt  –  to taste
  6. Urad daal  –  half tsp
  7. mustard seeds  –  one-fourth tsp
  8. Jeera seeds  –  one-fourth tsp
  9. Coriander leaves  –  few
  10. Curry leaves  –  few
  11. Asfotedia  –  pinch
  12. Turmeric powder  –  one-fourth tsp
  13. Red chilli  –  one
  14. Oil  –  one tsp


In a bowl add curd and whisk it. To this add chopped zucchini, turmeric powder, salt, green chilli paste, dhaliya powder and coriander leaves. Mix well. Prepare tadka with oil, urad daal, mustard seeds, jeera seeds, curry leaves, red chilli and asafoetida. Add to curd mixture. Mix well. Serve with paratha, rice…..
