Ingredients 

  1. Wheat flour  –  two cups
  2. Salt  – one-fourth tsp
  3. Water  –  one cup
  4. Oil  –  one tsp

Procedure

Preheat the oven to 350 degree F. In a bowl add wheat flour and salt. Mix well. Now add little water at a time and knead for 5 mins. To make a smooth dough, smear oil on the dough and knead again. Cover it and keep it aside for 10 mins. Make 10 equal lime sized rounds. Press it lightly. Put them in an oven safe grill tray.

Bake them 30 to 45 mins. or until light brown. Remove it. Just before serving, mash the bati, put ghee on top of it and then add mixed daal. Ready to eat…
