Ingredients

  1. Chopped potato/aloo  –  two cups (boiled and peeled)
  2. Oil  –  two tblsp
  3. Garlic powder / Mirappodi / vellipaya karam  –  two tsp
  4. Urad daal  –  one-fourth tblsp
  5. Jeera seeds  –  one-fourth tblsp
  6. Mustard sees  –  one-fourth tblsp
  7. Curry leaves  –  few
  8. Coriander leaves  –  few

Procedure

Prepare tadka in a pan with oil, jeera seeds, mustard seeds, urad daal, curry leaves. Add chopped potatoes and fry until potatoes are light brown. Add mirappodi and mix well. Garnish with coriander leaves. Ready..
