Ingredients

  1. Coriander leaves  –  half cup
  2. Mint leaves  –  one-third cup
  3. Curry leaves  –  two tblsp
  4. Cashew  –  four
  5. Raisins  –  four
  6. Kas kas  –  half tsp
  7. salt  –  to taste
  8. Oil  –  half tsp
  9. Green chilli  –  one

Procedure

In a pan add oil, kas kas, green chilli, curry leaves, cashews and raisins. Roast them until kas kas is light brown. Cool it. Grind them.  Add coriander leaves, mint leaves, salt. Make a fine paste.
