- Dry grated coconut – one cup
- Garlic – one whole garlic
- Red chilli powder – two cups
- Salt – one cup
- Ghee – one tblsp
Put all the above ingredients in a mixer jar. Grind these into a fine powder. In a pan add ghee and powder. Fry it until aroma comes. Cool it and store in a jar. You can use it for any vegetable / curry.
You will get two cups with above measurements.
Store in glass or plastic container. Good for two months. ( you can store in refrigerator also)
