Aloo,gobi and capsicum curry

Ingredients

  1. Chopped potato  –  one cup
  2. Chopped cauliflower  –  one and half cup ( soak them in boiled water for five mins with lid on)
  3. Chopped green capsicum  –  one cup
  4. Tomato puree  –  one cup ( blanch them and then puree)
  5. Milk  –  one cup
  6. Sliced onions  –  one cup
  7. Red chilli powder  –  half tsp
  8. Green chilli  –  one (chop length wise)
  9. Coriander powder  –  half tsp
  10. salt  –  to taste
  11. Coriander leaves  –  few
  12. Jeera seeds  –  half tsp
  13. Oil  –  two tblsp
  14. Fresh Cream  –  one tsp

Procedure

In a pan add oil, jeera seeds, green chilli and onions. Fry until onions are translucent. Then add chopped potatoes, chopped cauliflower, chopped capsicum. Fry for  a minute. Then add tomato puree, milk, coriander powder, red chilli powder and salt. Mix well. Cover it and cook until it has thick consistency. Garnish with coriander leaves and cream.
